Energetic residue can accumulate and build-up within a home or property.
For example, this residue can be left behind after any type of traumatic event where strong negative emotions were expressed, such as:
a divorce or break-up
after an illness
after a death
someone going through addiction
It is appropriate to conduct a space clearing after any of the above events. Additionally, it is also appropriate when:
trying to sell a home or rental space
moving into a new home or rental space
a roommate or tenant moves out
you have purchased a second-hand item
someone has used a ouija board on the property
occupants and/or children have frequent nightmares/night terrors
children and/or pets do not like being in certain parts of the home
there is any unexplained spiritual phenomena occurring
During an energy clearing for properties session, a report will be sent to the client that includes all the types of negative energies found within a property. After all have been identified, a clearing session will be conducted and will culminate in an optional protective blessing done by the property owner.
Please note that this is a remote session, as I do not need to be physically present at the property. This means that this service can be performed for a property/space anywhere in the world!

“My wife and I bought our house over 10 years ago from a couple in the midst of a nasty divorce. There was a lot of fighting between the couple, and the house was being sold because the wife and children moved to another state. The husband/father was an alcoholic who had many issues of his own. Over the years, we noticed strange things happening around the house. My wife woke up one night and found scratch marks on her shoulder (she was wearing a sweatshirt). Some of our electronics would decide to act wonky all of a sudden. I would see spots in my peripheral move without explanation.
We arranged to have a property cleansing performed by Nicole once we learned of her providing this service. She began with a reading of the property, which afterwards she compiled a detailed report of her findings. It was extremely interesting to learn about the spirits around our property, as well to come to learn that a portal existed in our dining room! After we finished reviewing the report, Nicole worked with us in order to cleanse the property as well as add a blessing for future protection.
It’s been roughly a month since we had the cleansing, and the entire household seems to be in a better place mentally. We haven’t noticed any strange things occurring since, and hopefully won’t again. We have a parrot who had been acting more neurotic than normal, and she seems to be much more at peace after Nicole performed her work.
